Today I went down to Baltimore with a group of friends to catch the 4pm show of Kooza, by Cirque du Soleil, under the Grand Chapiteau at M&T Bank Stadium. The show was about 3 hours long with a 30 minute intermission. All of the performers were phenomenal; the three contortionists, the unicycle duo, the chair balancing act, the dancers, the music…. everything! I think it was the Wheel of Death that had everyone on the edge of their seat though (or cringing and covering their eyes) — I could feel the tension and suspense of everyone else around me.
Kooza is in Baltimore until April 5th but if you can’t catch the show, they’ll be up in New York, NY starting April 16th. What a great excuse for a long weekend in NYC! Visit the Kooza website for show information and tickets.
And finally, thank you to my friends Jason and Jim at Innovative for the tickets!
